MessageBunker with Office 365
MessageBunker is happiest when working with IMAP – this enables you to use the full features of the service including Time Travel.
Fortunately, Office 365 works with IMAP using an authentication mechanism know as Oauth2. Don’t worry – it’s simpler in practice than it sounds.
To add an Office 365 mailbox to your MessageBunker account, simply click on ‘Add Email Archive’, and select ‘Microsoft Office 365’ as the type, as seen below.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and enter your Office 365 email address, and choose a password for your MessageBunker login (this isn’t the password used to login to Office 365).
Once you have done this, you will be taken to the following screen. Click on ‘Visit Microsoft to Grant Permission’.
You will now be taken to Microsoft to approve the connection, and once complete, you can expect your mailbox to start archiving within minutes.
