To get the best results with MessageBunker, you should always use IMAP access if it is available. Fortunately, with Gmail, IMAP is available, over SSL only.

In order for MessageBunker to connect with Gmail, it is necessary to set up an App password. This is fortunately a very straightforward process.

In the ‘Mail Server’ box, enter, ‘imap.gmail.com’. Select IMAP protocol, and tick the ‘Use encrypted (SSL) Connection’ box. Then enter your email account username and password to match your Gmail details.
